This project leverages Mianyang Tongcheng’s proprietary core technologies, including a novel intelligent circular headbox with slurry dilution, as well as advanced components such as the wire section, press section, dryer section, QCS‑HS system, steam condensate recovery system, and pulp‑handling system, along with cutting‑edge process technologies. The project utilizes reject slurry, sludge, and waste paper generated during the production of packaging paper as raw materials. With relatively low capital investment, it significantly reduces production costs, alleviates customers’ environmental compliance burdens, and simultaneously generates new revenue streams, delivering both economic and social benefits.
